So those of you who know Ben and I really well, know how much we love to travel and camp. Once the baby is born we would like to keep up the tradition and start him off when he's young to get him used to it. But we were thinking next year already, so he'd be 6 to 9 months. But is that to soon or should we wait till he's closer to 15 to 18 months. Then is it easier to do camping in a tent or in a camper/RV? What do you all bring with out completely going over board. Then again, going overboard to make sure you have all you need is probably a good thing. Or should we try smaller like tenting in the backyard to start out with?
I know I should probably play it by ear, but with having 2 baby showers, yes 2 (one for my co-workers and one for family) I was thinking I could put some of the baby camping needs on the registries, or should those items be things that Ben and I buy ourselves. As is I don't know if I have everything on my registries that I need to have, or if I'm lacking things. I mean I know I'm lacking some things, but with being a first time mother, it can be very overwhelming. But God knew this was the time for the little one to come in to our lives and we will make it through this with His help and our family and friends!
One never knows where their trusty "Vibe" or "Jeep" will take them or the road will lead them.

Latest trip!
So we traveled to MI for Amelia's 5th birthday. Which so doesn't seem possible, because that means this October we'll have been married 5 years. Ameila was only 6 months when she was the flower girl in our wedding.

Almost There
IA-MO trip got broken down into the IA part and the MO part...one problem is Smilebox isn't letting me load the IA part, it keeps getting stuck at 88%, so I'm skipping it for now and moving on to Claire's birthday, we'll see if it likes me better...nope that one seems to be stopping at 55%. Okay, not a happy camper right now....
Still Playing Catch Up
I actually can't believe I missed one, I kind of can, it's never listed in the travels folder it's in the family. We have Claire's birthday in November, so that will get posted probably here at the family one, which I'm gonna play catch up on also.

Upper MI Camping Trip July 2012
Merrick Camping Trip August 2012
WOW Camping Trip October 2012
IA-MO Trip October 2012

Plus I want to redo the trips from 2008 and 2009 into Smilebox, I think all of 2010, 2011, and 2012 are already in Smilebox.

Our travel plans
So with the arrival of our new little one in September, our travel plans might change a bit, we aren't sure how much yet. We are still going to MI for Amelia's birthday, no need to worry about Claire's, hers will be celebrated here in Wisconsin. The only one that might get missed is Juliet's only because we are now undecided about the wedding in July, if all stays on course, I'll be 7 months, not ideal for traveling to Texas. We were so excited to go and I'd hate to miss the 1st birthday and the wedding, but we shall see what we decide.

Upcoming trips
No big trips planned right now. Just Amelia and Claire's birthdays, also DJ and Mira's wedding, okay so some big trips. We just need to see what else we can plan. I would like to do the Climb for Air in March in Milwaukee. I might also go to MI to visit Susan for the Super Bowl walk.
