So I'm over a year behind and I have adventures to share. But I think you'll have to stay in suspense until after our next trip.

How time has past!!!
So the last post I posted was about camping with a baby 2 months before Little Man was born. Now he's 10 months. And needless to say we haven't gone camping with the little one yet, but he has gotten some traveling in. He's already been to MO, and he's been to MI 3 times and will be making many more trips. The only problem is that I have more vacation than Ben. So Little man and I are taking more trips without Ben, kinda sad.

Camping with Baby?
So those of you who know Ben and I really well, know how much we love to travel and camp. Once the baby is born we would like to keep up the tradition and start him off when he's young to get him used to it. But we were thinking next year already, so he'd be 6 to 9 months. But is that to soon or should we wait till he's closer to 15 to 18 months. Then is it easier to do camping in a tent or in a camper/RV? What do you all bring with out completely going over board. Then again, going overboard to make sure you have all you need is probably a good thing. Or should we try smaller like tenting in the backyard to start out with?
I know I should probably play it by ear, but with having 2 baby showers, yes 2 (one for my co-workers and one for family) I was thinking I could put some of the baby camping needs on the registries, or should those items be things that Ben and I buy ourselves. As is I don't know if I have everything on my registries that I need to have, or if I'm lacking things. I mean I know I'm lacking some things, but with being a first time mother, it can be very overwhelming. But God knew this was the time for the little one to come in to our lives and we will make it through this with His help and our family and friends!

Latest trip!
So we traveled to MI for Amelia's 5th birthday. Which so doesn't seem possible, because that means this October we'll have been married 5 years. Ameila was only 6 months when she was the flower girl in our wedding.

Almost There
IA-MO trip got broken down into the IA part and the MO part...one problem is Smilebox isn't letting me load the IA part, it keeps getting stuck at 88%, so I'm skipping it for now and moving on to Claire's birthday, we'll see if it likes me better...nope that one seems to be stopping at 55%. Okay, not a happy camper right now....
